People and Culture Advisor
Su Elvin is a People and Culture Advisor for FJG and has been with the firm since March 2016.
Su’s been involved in training staff since she joined and has a passion for sharing her knowledge with others to give them the opportunity to develop their skills and to assist them with furthering their career.
More recently, Su has been involved with supporting the various apprentices working for the firm, ensuring they are receiving the training they require and have access to the work required to complete their apprenticeships.
Su also supports the Health and Wellbeing and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion groups that are run within the firm.
Su also manages the work experience programme to ensure delegates get the most out of their time with FJG. For any work experience enquiries, please send a covering letter and a CV to [email protected].
Su enjoys socialising with friends, running and spending time with her young family when she is not at work.
