Training Executive
Tasha Gosling is the Training Executive for FJG. Tasha joined FJG initially in 2005 on work experience, returning in 2006 for further work experience before joining FJG on a full time basis in 2008 as an office junior. In 2009, Tasha then become a secretary and transferred into the family team in 2011 where she developed her role further as the Care Team Coordinator.
At the beginning of 2022, Tasha changed career paths and is now a Training Executive within FJG. Tasha has a wealth of knowledge of our systems and procedures from a user prospective and has a passion for sharing her knowledge with others to give them the opportunity to develop their skills and to assist them with furthering their careers. Tasha has also gained a wealth of knowledge working with clients during difficult proceedings. Client care is extremely important to Tasha who has built up good relationships with clients and she is passionate about sharing these communication skills with other staff members.
Tasha ensures all staff are kept up to date with changes and developments in IT systems and she is on hand to answer any day to day training issues. Tasha also co-ordinates the staff induction training plan allowing a smooth transition into FJG and arranges any follow up training and continued support.
