This week, we are pleased to launch National Conveyancing Month 2026. This is a chance for us, as conveyancers, to talk openly about what we do, why it matters, and how good legal work helps people move home with confidence.

National Conveyancing Month 2026 runs throughout March and brings together over 600 property professionals across the sector. The campaign aims to inform and educate those involved in the home-moving process while encouraging stronger collaboration across the industry.

National conveyancing month 2026: this year’s focus on collaboration

This year’s focus is collaboration. Home moves only work well when everyone involved understands each other’s role and works together with a shared purpose. Solicitors, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and developers all see different parts of the same transaction. When those parts are joined up, delays are reduced, communication improves and clients have a far better experience.

What we will be sharing this month

Throughout the month, our property team will be sharing practical insight into the conveyancing process. We will also be spending time with our referrers and professional contacts, listening as much as talking, so that we can better understand where pressure points arise and how we can address them together.

Alongside this, we will be introducing our digital Moving Home Pack to help clients feel informed and prepared at the start of their transaction. Later in the month, we will also look at later life lending and equity release, explaining how these arrangements work and what should be considered before decisions are made.

Recognising the people behind the process

Conveyancing Month is also about recognising the people who do this work every day. Our team deals with complex legal and regulatory requirements while supporting clients through what is often a stressful time in their lives. Collaboration within our own department, as well as with those outside it, is what allows us to maintain high standards while keeping the client at the centre of everything we do.

We look forward to using Conveyancing Month 2026 to strengthen relationships, share knowledge and continue working more closely with others in the property sector. By working together, we can make the conveyancing process clearer, calmer and more efficient for everyone involved.
