We are delighted to have worked with independent coffee roasters and sellers, Perky Blenders on a few projects now and we are looking forward to completing a lease of their new coffee kiosk premises in High Street, Walthamstow, shortly. This will be a newly constructed, bespoke modular building, in a trendy location and be another outlet for Perky Blenders to build on their (already great) reputation.
Perky Blenders is a family business with cafes within the Waltham Forest Borough. They supply over 50 stores including Fenwick of Bond Street, Big Chill and the award winning Eat17 Spar shops. Perky Blenders has been featured in the Indy Best’s Best Coffee Subscription Services and have recently won two Time Out Awards for being the best Coffee Places within three London Postcodes.
