Managing Partner Doug brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience. His roles have included CEO of the East of England Co-op, positions at Christie Group plc and PwC. In 2021 he received an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) In the New Year’s Honours List for his services to business.
Beyond FJG, Doug is deeply invested in the community. He serves on the Boards of the Green Light Trust, the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and the Suffolk Business Board. He previously chaired the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership.
