Senior Associate Solicitor
Natasha Bhandari joined Fisher Jones Greenwood in February 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team.
She advises entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, family enterprises, SMEs and large corporates on strategic corporate transactions and structural matters. Her work includes share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, joint ventures, restructures and shareholder arrangements. She supports clients through the full lifecycle of their businesses from early-stage to exit.
Natasha brings particular expertise in corporate finance and funding arrangements. She advises both borrowers and lenders on facility agreements, loan documentation and security structures, ensuring funding transactions are commercially aligned and legally robust. She also advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on governance, mergers, asset transfers and corporate structuring.
