We are delighted to announce the further expansion of our Dispute Resolution team with the arrival of a new Solicitor, Aaron Pottle. Following on from the recruitment of Joe Sandercock and Billy Smith in late 2020, Aaron brings further flair to this diverse team.
Aaron Pottle joins FJG’s Dispute Resoltuion team
Aaron has a wealth of Litigation experience from working both in-house and in private practice. He is a general litigator and his expertise spans a broad mixture of civil and commercial matters, including matters such as breach of contract, debt collection, property disputes, Trusts, and negligence. Aaron has a particular specialism in injury and medical negligence; he regularly acts for Claimants in the pursuit of claims for compensation arising out of accidents and illnesses as well as clients with life-changing injuries. In addition to his Personal Injury work, Aaron also advises on Employment Law matters such as unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination, and business reorganisation. Plus, he frequently acts for individuals, SMEs, and insurance companies on a wide range of commercial disputes.
Aaron prides himself on his client-orientated approach which helps him to offer pragmatic and practical advice to assist his clients in resolving their disputes efficiently. He recognises a home will usually be a person’s biggest financial commitment and is dedicated to helping his clients protect their interests. Aaron’s know-how is backed up by his previous clients who describe him as ‘approachable’, ‘empathetic, ‘knowledgeable’ and meticulous’.
