Introducing Settify…
We are delighted to be a pioneering UK law firm to introduce Settify; an online portal accessed via the FJG website to induct Family Law clients, to improve efficiency in dealing with divorce cases.
Settify consists of a personalised, digital on-boarding platform for clients to provide instruction and at their own pace. As well as this, Settify boasts an online portal for clients to log in and track their case progress. For clients completing the initial Settify ‘fact find’ questionnaire online, using this service means their first face-to-face appointment with a solicitor will be more effective and organised; saving them both time and money. Additionally, the portal grants clients access to their family law legal proceedings at anytime to improve communication and case advancement.
Another First for FJG…
Fisher Jones Greenwood are proud to be one of the first law firms in the UK to introduce Settify; a family law online induction portal.
Simon Osborn, Partner and head of Family Law commented, “We recognise our clients increasingly value their time and are concerned about cost when it comes to divorce. Settify allows clients to arrive at their initial appointment with a solicitor with the basics complete; so their time with us can be spent more efficiently. It also grants the client access to documents to track case progress at times which suit them; such as evenings or weekends. We noted our clients are used to getting things done online and Settify plugs that gap”.
Paula Fowler, Managing Partner added, “We pride ourselves on our innovative and forward-thinking approach and aim to offer the best possible service from a law firm, Settify meets both of these goals; it’s pioneering and meets the objective of enhancing the client experience”.
