We are very pleased to announce a new Partner promotion. Experienced Associate Solicitor, Leon Pascal based in the Commercial Property team in Chelmsford, became a Partner on the 1st December 2020.
This promotion is the latest step in Leon’s career at FJG; having joined the firm in 2013 he subsequently went onto complete his training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2016. He became an Associate Solicitor in January 2019 and now joins the Partnership.
Leon is well-liked and recommended by clients and in Essex business circles. He primarily focuses on investment, development, and secured lending work, and frequently accepts instructions in connection with portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and re-financing. He is also able to advise on residential landlord and tenant matters as a result of his experience of development work.
Leon is continually individually recognised amongst the FJG top-tier Commercial Property team within the prestigious Legal 500 directory. In 2018 and 2019, he was recognised as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ and more recently in 2020 and 2021 as a ‘Rising Star’; demonstrating the individual having made major contributions to their practice.
