Fisher Jones Greenwood (FJG), a leading East of England law firm and proud member of Lawfront, has further strengthened its Corporate and Commercial Department with the appointment of three solicitors, reinforcing its continued investment in talent and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

The appointments follow a year of continued recognition for the department in the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings (Band 1), alongside strategic leadership appointments that position the firm strongly for its next phase of growth.

Three strategic appointments

The new Corporate and Commercial hires bring a wealth of expertise, enhancing FJG’s ability to support businesses at every stage of their growth, from owner-managed companies and SMEs to large corporates. Based at FJG’s Chelmsford office and servicing clients across the region, their arrival underscores the firm’s strategic focus on expanding its corporate offering in response to growing client demand for high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.

Natasha Bhandari, joining as Senior Associate Solicitor, specialises in advising owner-managers, family-run businesses, SMEs and large corporates on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, joint ventures, restructures, shareholder agreements and company formations. She enhances the department with experience in corporate borrowing and finance, commercial contracts and charity law.

Nana Poku – Associate SolicitorNana Poku

Associate Solicitor Nana Poku brings several years of experience in the field, having advised on a wide spectrum of matters spanning transactions, contracts, restructures, and mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise also includes corporate finance, providing advice on business finance arrangements and lending documentation.

Charlie Neal – SolicitorCharlie Neal

Solicitor Charlie Neal has developed strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company constitutional documents, asset purchases and disposals, share issues, transfers and buybacks, partnerships and LLPs, loan and security documentation, and commercial agreements.

These latest appointments build on the established strengths of FJG’s Corporate and Commercial offering as the firm continues to invest in its people, develop leadership capability and support its long-term growth strategy.
