Here, you can receive free advice from a solicitor to answer any questions you may have—no appointment necessary. While we cannot provide in-depth legal advice, the 15-minute free appointment offers an overview and guidance.
What Happens at the Drop-In?
A solicitor will be available to answer your family law questions without an appointment. Although we can’t provide detailed legal advice, we can offer general guidance and point you in the right direction. For example, our Family Law Drop-In can help with questions like:
- What is the process for a divorce?
- What will happen to our finances (house, pensions, income) on divorce or separation?
- Who should the children live with, and how much time should they spend with each parent?
- My ex won’t let me see the children, what can I do?
- My ex and I cannot agree on decisions regarding the children, what can I do?
- I do not feel safe from my ex, and I do not feel it is safe for the children to see my ex, what should I do?
